  • 뇨검사, 안검사상 특이적인 변화없음
  • 절대 장기중량 및 상대 장기중량에서 산발적인 차이 있으나
    조직병리소견상 이상없음
  • 결론 : 무해용량[NOEL]은 2X108 cell/kg B.W
            [사람 60kg 기준 환산시 1X1010 cell]
  • 25주간 관찰에서 종양이 발생하지 않음
